Delete Your ProLoad Account

You can permanently delete your ProLoad account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. There is no waiting period and no need to contact us.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the ProLoad app on your device.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm the action when prompted.

Once you confirm, deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your Firebase Authentication account (email and login credentials)
Your profile information (first name, last name, unit preference, timezone)
All workout programs, workouts, and exercises you have created
Your full workout history (all logged sessions, sets, reps, weights)
Your bodyweight log entries
All saved goals and progress data
Your notification preferences and registered devices
Cached statistics and weekly summaries

What is retained

The following may be retained for the periods described, in line with our Privacy Policy:

Anonymous analytics and crash reports — Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage and crash data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may be retained for up to 14 months. This data cannot be used to identify you after your account is deleted.
Backups — Encrypted Firebase backups may contain a copy of your data for up to 30 days before being permanently purged as part of Google's standard infrastructure rotation.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in (lost device, forgotten password, etc.) and need your account deleted, contact us using the link below and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 business days.
